Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Destinations and costs are always shown at checkout before payment.

2. Processing and delivery times

Processing: orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited delivery: 1–3 business days, where offered at checkout.

3. Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders over $75 ship free with standard delivery.

4. Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched. You can follow the parcel on the carrier's official tracking page from warehouse to doorstep.

5. Delays, loss and damage

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost are refunded or reshipped in full — your choice. Items damaged in transit are covered by our Return & Refund Policy at no cost to you.

6. Customs and duties

For international orders (if offered), any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the recipient.
